Senator Cotton today spoke on the Senate floor to ask for unanimous consent for his legislation, the Israeli Security Assistant Support Act. The bill would reverse President Joe Biden’s de facto arms embargo on Israel and withhold the pay from any Department of State or Defense bureaucrat who withholds vital military aid from Israel.
