Washington, D.C. – Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on the death of Otto Warmbier:
“Like all Arkansans, I extend my deepest condolences to the Warmbier family. It’s pretty clear what happened: the North Koreans kidnapped an American citizen, tortured him, and sent him home just before he died. An outlaw regime that behaves in this fashion must never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons capable of reaching the United States.”
