Washington, D.C.- Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on news that the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine was granted continued pre-accreditation for an osteopathic medical school in Fort Smith, Arkansas:
"Congratulations to the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine on receiving pre-accreditation for a new osteopathic medical school in Fort Smith. This school will undoubtedly be an invaluable resource for the Arkansas River Valley, and the entire state. Its future students will have an opportunity to be a part of a program that will have a lasting impact on our communities in Arkansas. I look forward to seeing this school open its doors next year."
