Washington, D.C. - Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement after President Trump signed the Right to Try Act into law:
"We've had a right-to-try law on the books in Arkansas for years, and once the president signs it, this bill will expand that right in Arkansas and across the country. For some terminally ill patients, an experimental treatment is their only hope of getting better, and by cutting out unnecessary delays, this law may very well give them a second chance at life."
