Washington, D.C. - Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on the National Labor Relations Board's decision to overturn the controversial Browning-Ferris decision:

"I'm glad to see the NLRB overturn this ruling, as I called for back in 2015. Keeping Browning-Ferris on the books would've resulted in fewer jobs for working Arkansans and made it that much harder for the nearly 10,000 franchises in our state to grow. This decision is a good step toward more commonsense regulation and will give our state's franchises the flexibility they need to expand."
